02 NCAC 38 .0702             METERS ON TANK TRUCKS

All tank trucks delivering through a liquid measuring device, defined in NIST Handbook 44 as a mechanism or machine designed to measure and deliver liquid by definite volume, into storage tanks, containers, or cylinders shall be equipped with a device which will print the quantity delivered on a ticket, a copy of which will be given to the consumer.
